yeah but you bet the game knowing freeman would start. Freeman playing like this is not a surprise. This is pretty much who he has been for a long time. Maybe a little worse than his baseline because he's still acclimating to this system, but his baseline is pretty damn low. He is one of the worst qbs to throw over 500 passes in nfl history.

Gruden's ridicule is directing more at the coaching staff then anything else. You could tell he's holding back and wants to go into it even more.
