W Ky/Petrino definitely blew that game more than LL beat them up by 17. The QB for LL can't throw for shit. That gives this one some value imo. Ark. State is pretty well coached and 10 days to prepare. I like them +130s on 5 dimes quite a bit.

So you're counting Arkansas Pine Bluff as a team "close to their level?" And Memphis isn't close to their level? Come on man. They did a solid job against Troy but Memphis and Idaho (two below average rushing teams) ran all over them.
