They are actually very happy for me. I'm not 100% sure they even fully understand what SBR is (especially mom), but they know how much I love sports and love the gambling industry and the fact that I'm getting the chance to work in the field that I love makes them happy.

And, I don't think daggerkobe's assessment is too far off either .

Having met Dave's father, I can tell you that he seemed excited for his son. Can only think that his parents have mixed feelings about him moving so far away from home. If anyone's parents wouldn't have those same feelings, well, that just wouldn't seem right to me.
