Blood pressure is high and nerves shot - Any advice on moving?
Moving in with my Cook and renting my home by end of month.

Where to start in the mess I have created for the last 10 plus years?

When I moved here I didn't have much, not even a PC. I have a lot of chit all over this time.

    Advice?

You should start by shutting down your computer and packing some boxes.

Start with exercise, all home-cooked food and no booze. Each of these can knock 15 points off your BP. If you're serious, email me and I can get you started.

The two are one and the same. Both are just probability distributions. One is for completed pases, the other for completed years of your life before croaking.

Ok, I'll start by going for a walk. I have to do that anyhow during back surgery recovery. Ah, see the damn odds in that, too? A fuked up parlay of back surgery w/ moving boxes. Give me a smoke, please. At least the snow has melted and auto racing is back.

Odds on me seeing a doctor within 30 days?

I do appreciate the feedback, fellas.

                      Thanks

You can lower your BP by eating or juicing 4 celery stalks a day for 7 days.....it will lower it about 15%. Then wait 2 weeks and repeat.

Leave the egg mcmuffins alone. Do you have any idea how much sodium is in one of those bitches?

Don't stress so much with regards to moving all your current things that you didn't have 10 years ago. Remember if you had nothing then, and built up so much stuff. You can and you will do it again so only take with you what holds meaning or is expensive. The rest you will replace through time.

5T is wise. You should listen to him General.

Throw anything and everything away that causes you to stop and think, "Why did I keep this?"

8 big bags of chit packed and ready for trash today. A lot of memories I went thru. Good day overall in the process.

Thanks guys. Good advice. I even thought of the fire, but my Son is a firefighter and he has told me to much about the chances getting caught with a fire accelerants.

I've moved six times in eight years. Each time I just discard the things I don't use. Its amazing how much to can get rid of and not miss it. Its tough to do but the costs of moving those things makes it nessessary. G.L.

Pop a couple of pills and drink a six pack, that has always helped me while moving.
