They have no # for US and their livechat (which is supposedly for US) i sit there for 2 hours and never get any reply... also 2 days and no reply from any email..

sounds like they need to improve on there CS for there U.S. players.

Yea, I had a similar experience last night in something completely unrelated to this free bet... I chatted a couple weeks before and it couldn't have took more then a couple minutes before I was "talking" to someone... Their support has to be swamped right with this crazy bet they're offering...

haven't ever had a problem on their livechat...did get rushed off of the 800 line earlier this year when all of the gambling bill stuff was so big...
