Solid Twitter Cappers that Post ONLY Plays (Not other B.S. Mumbo-Jumbo)?

I am looking for a few Twitter cappers to follow. I would prefer them to release ONLY plays on their Twitter, and NOT other "stuff." Some "cappers" have a billion posts just trash talking about their plays, but I am not wanting that. Also, I am looking for those who release their plays early, and not 5 minutes before game time.
