Where are you from? This thread might explain things:

Sports betting and handicapping forum: discuss picks, odds, and predictions for upcoming games and results on latest bets.

Or maybe not explain things, then.

last year I sent them an email as a prospective customer that didn't get answered...however, they answered all of my emails this year (as a potential customer and a regular customer)...have been pleased so far with these guys (other than the late NCAAF lines in week one)...

Communication with this book seems a bit strange. After I found out how late their NFL lines came out, I e-mailed them to inquire if it would be a problem (in those words) to withdraw my funds because their lines are so late. Didn't hear anything back. Tonight I wanted to bet on a game, only to find out that my funds had been wired back to my Neteller account. lol.

They probably thought that was great customer service, but I would have preferred to know. Nothing big, but there seemed a missing link in the communiation. I expected an answer, after which I would decide to perform the withdrawal; not to have the book go ahead and do it for me.

Now after weeks I contacted them via live chat. Because it was offline too! They do not know anything about problems with e-mails, but they told me they like European bettors too. They gave me the http://www.cascadesportsbook.net/ link, and email custromerservice@betcascade.com not csd@betcascade.com, try to check it.

Btw. I see they have lowered withdrawal fee to 15 USD for payouts below 3K.
