I'm an american taxpayer and it matters to me how much the rehab costs. Would the american sex offender have gotten a discount?

i really dont get the point your trying to make

are you serious? maybe it cost more cause he cant speak english, i dont know. in any circumstance, one way air ticket is 200 bucks.

interesting case.. hopefully pretty rare. Presumably they will "deport his ass" now that he's 18.
Really two issues separate issues here: (1) sex offenders are getting treatment that costs taxpayers 128k /yr; (2) the kid wasn't deported because he was (presumably) an unaccompanied minor. If you don't think kids should be deported, then they will be treated as any other offender. But the idea that taxpayers spend that much treating sex offenders is crazy, in my opinion.

I believe Jesus said forgive the sinners and help the needy. I do not recall saying forgive and help only americans if the sinner is american. I do not really care if the one being treated is from Wahoo, NE or from Katmandu, Nepal. My tax money is being wasted either way.
