Best way to duck a bookie is usually just be honest and tell him you do not have money this week but will make good on it. I would not try and avoid him as it makes matters worse.
To get a loan even without qualifications you need to find a bank loan manager that has a vice and will do anything for money. I have a few hooks here in NJ and all I do is sit there and fill out everything and then tell him anything he can do will be very well appreciated. Basically facial expressions you will need to use to get your point across that your willing to kick him back some cash. Ok I will make a video demo later todayComment -
