Out of the goodness of my bowels, and to have some fun, I've decided to run a contest. I'll pay out the winner $100. But first you have to pick me some winners. Contest is open to regulars, lurkers, mods, ghosts, degenerates, women, homosexuals, Canadians and even filthy Guatemalans.

A couple of nights a week when I get the gambling bug, I'll ask any poster to post one play in that thread. Cutoff times will vary on the day.

I will pick and choose some plays from that day. It will be at least 5 plays, possibly more. If I wager on your play and it is a loser, you can not pick for me anymore in the future. You lost me money, go away. If I use your play and it is a winner, you can continue in the future.

If multiple people pick the same game, and I use it, the first poster to post it will be credited. At times I might double up my bet and include 2 posters who picked same game. Who knows.

The first poster to give me 3 winners that I use, will then pick me one game that I will wager heavy on. If that hits, then you win the $100. If it loses, you're out of the contest and we are no longer friends.

Just sides and totals. No parlays, moneylines, etc. First half plays are OK. If I use your play, I will post it, with the line that I got it at. That will be official for contest (and my bankroll) purposes.

You can enter contest at any time. If you miss the first time, you can enter on the second.

Just a fun contest. Hoping you guys make me some money along the way.

If your looking for a very solid ncaab pick then wofford -2 (-2.5 whatever it may be) is about as good as they come (game is almost trappy in the sense of off by like 3 points at least...) Wofford is back healthy again and uncg is my fade team of the year (I fade them at all costs...) uncg is coming off of a big win as 8.5 point dogs and haven't covered more than 2 straight all year (current streak is 2 covers ats) and haven't won 2 games back to back all year... they're the worst team in division 1 imo and are only 3pt dogs... one of those if its too good to be true it is scenarios

I'm more confident in wofford but it's a bit of a riskier play (fishy line imo, 86% on wofford and it only goes up 1/2 a point...) If you believe in the publics always wrong than uncg will roll tonight, I just don't see it...

Phoenix 1h would be the safer pick (imo) but if I had to give you 1 pick it would be wofford...

I'm actually from greensboro and while I'm in at school in Wilmington I've seen this team play. In years past they've been very strong for being small and all but this year they're absolutely terrible. Last year they had a superb player (by college standards) that carried them... without him their done.

the mountaineers love to start off fast, and Pitt always starts out sluggish. w/o looking it up i'd say Pitt has been down at the half about 4-6 times this year in games they won. and the game is almost always within a few points, even against crap teams. This is a big rivalry game, last time these two played about 2 weeks ago, WVU was down 2 at the half. I think they are leading this game at half, and maybe with the game outright.
