I have a custom framing/dry-in company. We do work coast to coast, but it really hasn't been going so good as of late. That isn't the problem though, I am an ass and run a lot of shit through the company's account which I shouldn't. It has to be the Brazilians or the rednecks that set this in motion.

Step one......call lawyer, file freedom of information so you know what they are using against you and where they are getting the dirt on you. Step two......pray.

What JBC said. Figure out how much is at issue, and get a lawyer if it will cost $1 less. Also, you should prolly pay any deficiency and file for a refund in district court. It is usually more friendly to taxpayers and that way interest and fees accrue to your benefit, not the gov'ts.
