First off, I locked into Temple +21.5 earlier in the week, but +21 is still OK, just don't take anything less. You can get Under 51.5 right now at Bookmaker. Yes, Temple is 0-5, although at least they covered the spread vs. Louisville and Notre Dame and they can run the ball decently enough vs. Cincinnati to shorten the game and not get embarrassed on national TV, averaging 137.6 rushing yards per game on 4.0 yards per carry. More importantly, can you really trust a Cincinnati team that has played the easiest schedule in the AAC giving three touchdowns? The Bearcats rank 152nd in the country in SOS per Sagarin (by comparison Temple ranks 60th) and even with that soft schedule, Cincy has 11 turnovers in five games, they only beat Miami-Ohio 14-0 two weeks ago and they lost to lowly South Florida last week. Of course losing QB Munchie Lagaux for the season to an ACL hasn't helped.

#5Cincy may cover but betting them in this spot seeing how that offense is without Munchie is bad. GL LT this is a solid play. A lot of running and red zone defense in this game.Comment -

#12This is the first home game since the tragic death of freshman O-lineman Ben Flick in a car accident. There will a pregame ceremony honoring him tonight.
A lot of emotion around this game

#13Im on the Under. Temple is my bread and butter team since the late 80's. This team should have stayed in the MAC they're outclassed in any other conference. My angle is the Temple offense takes awhile to figure it out, they get 1st downs but don't generate many full drives, if Cincy gets off the field on 3rd downs there's no way Temple generates more than 14-17 pointsComment -

#14I was going to start a thread too.
Here's my take. LeGeaux is out so Cincy is not going to score the 37pts. Vegas thinks. Secondly, this 0-5 team is better than their record inplies. They held ND to 28 pts., Houston to 22pts., L'ville to 30pts., and fellow doormat Idaho to 26pts. Do you really think Cincy is so much better than those other teams that Temple would allow them 37? Lastly, if you go through the box score and look at the play by play, Temple owned L'Ville on special teams. I have this capped at Cincy 21 Temple 17. This is a best bet for me. 3x Temple +21-5, 1x under 51-5, 1x 1H Temple +10-5, and since Temple is only one turnover away from winning this: 1/2x Temple +930
Edit: the implied score is now 35-17. Mine remains 21-17. I also have 1x TT Cincy under 36 1/2.Comment -

They also have played ND and UL along with Houston. They're a lot better than 0-5 but still suck. Cincy played one good team and was blown out the stadium.
after Lagaux got injured Brendon Kay has come in and struggled in the redzone badly. He looked great against Northwestern Dtate lol who would allow you and me to throw at least 2 tds and 250 yards. He threw no tds and 2 picks and barely beat Miami oh and then lost to USF. Temple sucks no questions asked, but their stats are deflated bc of comp and Cincy's is inflated bc if compComment -

#25Common theme I keep hearing is lack of production on both offenses. Not touching it, but the under sounds like the best bet. LT talked me outta Teddy last night and I thank him for that! If I had to take a side, I would take the points. A team that struggled with Miami of Ohio(a team I have faded all season) has no reason giving anyone 20+ pts. I'm a spectator tonight. Best of luckComment -

#35^^^^ Cincy was way better last year and temple mighta been worse. Lol. Only won by 24. Now Cincy is struggling with Kay at QB and Temple looked better on O after making their QB change. There is no way to know what will happen with these unpredictable teams. Laying that many points with a team that currently isn't good is ludicrous, whether they cover or not.
oh yea, south Florida is in the bottom 10 teams in the nation and beat Cincy SU, anything can happenComment
