As if the Falcons Were Not Done Already...
Roddy White is currently 50-50 to miss his first game in 100 years in Week 7. In addition to perhaps foolishly playing through a high ankle sprain that made him a shell of his usual self all year, he also now pulled his hamstring. Atlanta is on a bye this week and already lost Julio for the season.

They were never same team from day one

Had key loses in off season also

They are lucky to win 2-3 more games rest of the year

They've been saying the last couple of weeks that his target for returning was after the bye, so chances are probably good, although too soon to know for sure.

Even if Jackson, Roddy and Julio were 100% this team wouldn't be going anywhere. one of the worst teams in the trenches that I've ever seen.

Any chance they trade Tony Gonzalez? Only reason he's playing is for a Super Bowl, which is pointless in Atlanta. Maybe he takes another run with the Chiefs?

Probably won't happen, trading for Tony isn't a John Schneider type of move. First off he is owed a ton of money, second of all Seattle is obviously going with youth over experience. I just don't see us giving up a draft pick for a guy who we would be renting for 4 months, not to mention we'd have to pay him a ton. I also think when Percy comes back Seattle will primarily use 3 WR sets.

Could argue that it's specifically the lack of a quality RB, Jackson gives them so much more than they've been playing with. I'd take Jackson and either WR over no Jackson and both WRs completely healthy.

Probably should have sat Roddy a couple of games too to let him heel. Hammy may be directly attributable to favoring ankle.

ATL will make a profitable run by the end of the year. They're seemingly well undervalued by now.

How can you know that? They're on a bye so there isn't even a line to consider.

With no running game or defense the season was already over before it started anyway. Need to do Tony a solid and ship him to a contender and get a late pick at least in return. No need making him go down with this ship!

Roddy sits out Weeks 1-3 and healed his ankle, totally different team.
