It could be argued that Benoit has been Detroit's MVP this season. He's basically single-handedly stabilized the bullpen and had a hell of a first year as closer given he's never been in that role before.

He struggled last night, but it happens -- especially when guys come into games with "comfortable" leads. Benoit is no Kimbrel, but he's the best thing the Tigers have going for them in their beleaguered pen.
