Bet365 cancels "In-Play" winning bet. bet365 states that due to a television broadcast delay, they mistakenly offered the wager for an excessive period of time. This is the third complaint against bet365 Live Betting in as many months. SBR to contact bookmaker on player’s behalf.
Player: I contacted other bookmakers to see what time they have for 5th goal in that match, and I got replay from onother UK bookmakers that they were suspend the market at 16:09:59 . I am sure they are using same global time server as all other bookmakers. My bet is placed at 16:09:54 and when you add web delay their web site have , there is no way I placed late bet.

The problem is they could very well(I dont know how this book runs/never played there before) just put the blame on you and say your sever didnt process the bet until after the line closed on there end! I am making all assumption based on what may of happen!

They have u fill out a complaint form and they take steps from there to see who was at fault or how it can be resolved!

thanks a lot. I just ooked at the replay, and goal was scored on 91.01 but, I need the time not from game, i just need local time to the point when goal was scored. Betfair has confirmed that goal was scored in 92th minute

Looking on a sports forum , people were posting up this goal at 19.23:50 , you posted your bet at 19.23:39

The people who posted up the goal had to allow for a time lag on the radio/tv and make their post, imo you have been unlucky and posted the bet as the goal was being scored.

SAP : How many seconds confirmation waiting time do you have on your account? On my account I have to wait 17-18 seconds in live betting until they accept (or not) my bet.

If bet is not accepted it takes 2-3 maybe 4 secs, so is also acceptance of bet. I bet always on In-play, mosly on next goal in soccer or Basetbal, Icehockey and floorbal over/under and if even odds are changeing in time when I click make a bet link, bets are not accepted.
