Jets deserved to win that game.

Rex Ryan and his defense outcoached Mike Smith. Rex gambled on some of those blitzes and won.

Terrible play calling by ATL..... I'm not even a huge NFL fan and I know that was crap. Too many runs up the middle - too many short passes. The "comeback" was nice but too little, too late. Their OC should be serving drive-thru food.

What do you mean? ATL overcame a 2 touchdown deficit vs. a borderline elite defense. You want to say that Ryan didn't riddle them with short and long passes? They did enough to get a lead back.

Lots and lots of dump offs.

Terrell Pryor impressed me last night. Geno had forever in the pocket. That's a bad recipe for a guy who looks scared in the pocket. His fear in the pocket didn't matter today because Atlanta has an awful pass rush and Mike Nolan didn't blitz. That wasn't the right thing to do, they had to pressure him and didn't.

While that may be the case, ATL had a first and goal with under 2mins. They should of ran the clock down before scoring a touchdown limiting any amount of time for NYJ to move down the field. This is Mike Smith's specialty, horrible clock management.

I agree Atlanta didn't play it right on D but still......Not everything was dump offs, especially in the first half, hit a few seam passes and tight windows in the endzone a couple times

The NFL isn't a video game. If you have a chance to score a TD when you need a TD you do it. This is the same Falcons team that was stuffed at the goal line at the end of the first half. I am not going to fault the coaching staff at all for scoring to take the lead.

Actually the 1st and Goal came outside of the 2 min warning and they wasted a play running up the middle. At 2:00 it was second and goal, and it was certainly no guarantee that they were going to get the TD. They really could not afford to waste another down with a run up the middle.

Mike Smith made several mistakes tonight, but that wasn't one of them.

Now his play calling at the end of the first half...that's another story
