    Monday MLB Prop-a-palooza
    Bazzze-booool all day comrades.

    PLAY #1: TIGERS-ATHLETICS TOTAL HRs OVER 1.5 [-115]
Am I high? No. Drunk? Not yet. Brain damaged? Absolutely. Sanchez isn't likely to help a ton with this prop as he has only given up nine long balls all year. However, there is someone named Seth Smith in the opposing lineup that has been a longball thorn in his side. Smith has two among his six career hits against Sanchez in 17 ABs. Crisp has also taken him deep once. On the other side is where the help should come. Parker did well in the postseason vs. Detroit last year, but he has yacked up goipher balls on the road all season. 18 of his 25 dingers given up were on the road. He gave up six in five September starts, five coming in two road starts. Last year in his Comerica Park start in the postseason, he did give up one long ball to Avila. Couple in some wild, gusty winds today at 20 mph that will be blowing right to left and out toward left ... I gots a feeling that some offense via the home run comes today.

      PLAY #2: PIRATES- CARDINALS OVER 7.5 [+100]
Obviously not a prop, but the more I looked - the more I liked this as the best of the bets available for this game. Wacha has been really solid as a late season starter, including shutting down this Pirates team - allowing two hits and no runs in 7 IP. However, they have had a look at him now, he's only had a couple road starts and now he's being put into a road start into an elimination game. The potential to get rattled is there, although I think it needs to happen early or he could settle in nicely. Morton for PIT. The more I looked, the more as a Pirates fan I started cringing.

      Totals 153 55 14 0 2 27 20 24 .359 .441 .490 .932

The only break is that Craig is out injured, otherwise the Cards have his number. This will be start #4 for Morton against STL this season. He had one quality start, but the other two saw him give up five earned runs in EACH start. I think there is a recipe today for one of these two starters getting hit hard.

This is what scared me about Wacha. If he settled in, yikes. Bucs can't even buy a hit. Morton matching him. Over's got no chance.

                PLAY #3: SHANE VICTORINO TOTAL HITS-RUNS-RBIs OVER 2 [+115]
Victorino has awful numbers at Tropicana. 5 for 31 this season, but he's done well against Cobb. 4 for 11 with all five of his road hits in this season series coming in the four games that Cobb started. He's at least pushed this number in all four of those games.

Ramirez has been crushing the ball this series. 7 for 13. Five Extra Base Hits. Four runs scored. Six RBIs. He's 3-for-8 against Garcia with a HR.
