Stay away from game
I would say Phila will be -2

Foyles will most likely play, Tampa off a bye and will be rested and well prepared . They are a very solid defensive team and a new qb coming to town to face them. Tampa is not bad despite their record . If Foyles plays he will be in for a hard time.

tampa cant score but with foyles lol they dont run they are an air out team as you saw yesterday and they put up a lot of points be careful of that under
