This will be the game where manning only plays for one half.

The end of this game will be very buzzy. You just know it's going to be within one score either way toward the end, and everyone will know the line.

Of course manning will try to cover the spread. He has to pad his stats.

Manning doesn't have to pad shit.

MVP award is already locked up.
Manning (top rated QB) blows away Romo, Rivers, and Brees (2, 3, and 4 rated QB's)
McCoy, Lynch, and AP, having solid seasons, but not MVP type rushing seasons.

You can make a case for TE Jimmy Graham for MVP, dude is a beast and having a beast of a season, but he won't get enough MVP votes, being QB is the 'sexy' position.
                        But to say Manning
has to pad his stats, isn't so.

Manning is going to want to break Brady's record so I think that he wants to get as many tds as possible.

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning vs. Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne. Not only did that make you laugh, but oddsmakers are chuckling at this potential matchup. Manning will get 5 TDs in 1h... Osweiller will get 2 TD in 2h and a fg for the kicker.... So now, how many TD will henne get in the game?

Teams dont bring their A game against scrub teams, its human nature

No way Broncos play with 100% effort here, that will let the Jags sneak a backdoor cover

Anyone who takes the Broncos here is an idiot

7 times in NFL history has a spread been over 20 points (2 of those were during the 1987 strike "scab games" fiasco) and the favorite has NEVER covered.

Untrue. The previous largest spread of 24, Pittsburgh vs. Tampa Bay in 1976 covered easily as the Steelers romped to a 42-0 victory.

jags cover in this game will depend on backup qb play. seahawks only played wilson little over one half of football against jags. denver will do the same. u will have to bet this game depending on backup qb play.

Siince 1991, faves are 3-9 ATS when the spread was less than -19 and 12-0 SU. 2001 was the last time a fav ever won a spread of 20+. Dont you think it's "time" they do? You have to be a moron to bet on THE WORST team possibly to ever play the game. I cant see em covering this large number simply because Manning will score 4+ TDS in this game rather easy. They set the line this high because they NEED action on Jax.

My thinking is that -14 1st half is a good play. If hes going to sit out in the 2nd half or IF and this is a HUGE IF (like winning the lottery) Jax gets a back door cover, then a 1st half play is the ticket. But I have noticed that Denver seems to run away with it in the 2nd half. So its a little hard to say. I do think a first half play is key. I cant see Jax covering themselves from rain with a tarp, much less a spread.

A 28 point spread is an embarrassment for an National Football League that prides itself on Parity and any given sunday.
