Considering a bunch of the mods got fired, I would say there may be some delays.

its been a few days (3) but its not really a big deal $ wise its about the principal of the book robbing its players

Absolutely not. That part of the business has NOT been affected by any changes. You fill out the complaint form and don't hear something back within 24 hours, you PM me and I'll find out the whereabouts. We are getting hit by more complaints, so one of the dispute folks might miss an inquiry or more likely just miss the return e-mail. I'll be more than happy to ask what's up and get you an answer.
