When they come up they may be down 6-0, facing an absolute dealer. They have all those power arms in the pen, but it doesnt matter when your starter cant even get you 5 innings. I'm absolutely kicking myself I backed Lynn here......I expected him to give up runs, but didnt think Cole would be a ruthless rookie, dealing and knocking in runs.

CM......but at the same time, it doesnt matter too much when you cant get base runners! I honestly would have been ok with 6 innings and 3 runs out of Lynn. Just didnt see Cole shutting down a hot offense the same he has.

Its really hard when you are down 5 runs before the end of the fifth. Team knew it was going to be tough against future ace Cole, and shitbag Lynn getting pounded early was depressing to those guys.
