When did the greek switched from CST to EST?

i remember it was really confusing because other books are either PST or EST. maybe be they changed it because so many people got confused about the starting time.

Greek should just keep it EST all year around, only book that changes.

The lines can be viewed in decimal or american style.

What about a cookie to navigate the site in a different time zone?
