I've gone over this before, but I'll repeat...

I went to USC and majored in broadcast journalism. Hosted a TV show (platforum, that link is going around) and a radio show on campus, was in the press box and on the field for some football games, did graphic design for Annenberg TV News (the Trojan Vision news show).

Failed Spanish (I simply can't grasp second languages for some reason) which dipped my GPA under 3.00, so they were going to cut some of my scholarships. My family isn't super rich as some of you assume, I was going based on grants and scholarships. With that cut I couldn't afford tuition, and instead of taking out huge loans I figured I would take a leave of absence (my credits stay intact) and get a job.

I have no regrets at all that I don't have a degree. The people I've met at USC and my experiences, especially in campus radio and TV have all made me who I am today, and working here at SBR is something I am very excited about.
