you don't really have to visit it to experience that if you grew up in Belarus...the entire radiation cloud went over Ukraine and Belarus and will stay their for maybe next 1000 years

to give you an example of how bad it is right now over there - Belarus before Chernobyl had 1 oncology center...now they have over 100...only 25% of newborns in Belarus are normal.

there is a good documentary about it on HBO...watch it when you get a chance- it will shock you
