SBR-hidden video-young man preaches to Archie

so, called a young guy that i've been working with for 4 years to see if he would make a pick on the suns game last night. And if he would try to prevent me from losing all my money.

The set up was that I was pretending to contemplate just getting into gambling and putting my whole paycheck on a game.

The kid ended up making a good case for not gambling. I was proud of him. He has been involved with our mentoring program for 4 years, went to school down the street( now he is high school) goes to church across the street, and does alot of community service. Now he can add trying to prevent me from losing my paycheck to his good deeds.

I shared this vid with him and another mentor after I made it. We were both proud of him.

I don't use too much in the way of the pysch or counseling stuff I learned in under grad and grad school. Its been adapted. I'll try to do some psych tutorials for ya bro.

JJ, I part of my job has been finding jobs in the community, creating jobs in the community, bringing in people to teach interview skills, teach job skills.... getting donors to set up stipends for the 10 hrs a month of community service we require....

its the whole feed a man for a day, he eat's for a day....teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime thing..but i've learned I have to go a step beyond just that.

there are no jobs in the neighborhood so as a community developer..I have to wholistically think of ways to
"clean, and stock the pond"
so that after we teach young men to fish, their pond isn't polluted and their is somthing to catch. and a livable cabin to stay in by the pond at night.

These kids now run an embroidery business and popcorn machine business all on their own...so if you ever need hats, t-shirts, jackets or pretty much anything embroidered..come to me and i'll hook ya up.

SBR should be very careful with these vids. Publishing videos with minors without their parents consent is a crime. Don't be surprised if the kids parents sue SBR for posting their child at a gambling forum without his knowledge or parents consent.

Pavy, you can suck the life and joy out of any situation, can't you? This video is imparting a valuable lesson to us, hopefully inspiring SBR-izens to give back to their own community. Archie bears the liability for posting it anyhow, not SBR, and I have no doubt that he knows what he's doing. No wonder Miss Transsexual South Dakota would rather not spend time with you.

He had his hands on everything. I mean he touched everything in your room I think. Kid is a natural born thief. Don't try to encorporate structure it will only clash with what he does best.

Wile, the kid is super hyperactive.... but I know about 10 kids in the building right now, even more so.

that kid is very unlikely to steal, I know him too well and he has it too good around here. He tells on himself when he forgets to clean somthing up. Now when other kids come in, here I hit their hands with a big wrench I keep on my desk if they touch anything. They learn fast that way, but that kid as you can see I trust him with my laptop even.... but only to touch the keys, no clicking on my word documents or accidently betting on a game.
