BreadBox, can you tell me the specifics of the situation? My wager was about 2-4 times off my normal levels. Contacted customer 30 seconds after bet was placed. What happened?

It was no biggie....Was hungover as balls making a bet, forgot to make it AMOUNT RISKED on a -155 favorite, so it pulled out to make it my win total the amt I was wagering.

Wrote them immediately....gametime wasn't for another 9 hours...and they said no. Pretty gay. But I won so whatever.

I agree...even if they didn't change it I would have been upset but at the same time understood why. THey did a nice thing here and I think it should be noted.

I recently put some cash into a BM account. It had 20k limits on NCAAB for all of one bet... then reduced to 5k.

The Greek will let me change or cancel bets as long as the line hasn't moved. I thought this was standard practice.

I was fully prepared to accept the consequences and I will be careful in the future when reviewing my bets on the confirmation screen (it's there for a reason). Thanks again for making an exception in my case...you guys went above and beyond

I have had BJ cancel a wager for the same reason before with no problems, happened a few times.
Made a mistake at Greek and they canceled the wager but said they wouldnt do it anymore

Uhhh ok, but I bet none of them have been recently. I've had checks in 7-10 days.
3 days and my money still hasn't even been taken out of my account, and no confirmation that i even requested a withdrawal!

Bookmaker is kind of like Microsoft. Some love them some dont but they are needed. If you went on a run and kicked your balance up to 50 grand this is the book you would hope you were in.

I'm new to using off shore books (been using locals for years )Ive been using bookmaker and a couple others the last few months but so far Ive had no problems but Ive not taking a pay out either.Good to hear they are good to do business with!!
