i accidently placed a wager. wrong game. within 20 minutes of my email, the wager is erased in my account. i havent recieved an email back yet but i dont care im new to this book but with cs like that, they deserve credit and will defenitely be getting my business in the future. thanks cascade

bubba, unfortunately with neteller deposits at cascade you have to call them once you've made the deposit...it's something they definitely need to fix...

You hit on Cascades level of customer service. They will go out of their way to help, but some of their process still isn't too streamlined. No email response despite making the change and having to call in deposits if want fast are two good examples.

Stay with them awhile and see how they are , as long as you get paid within 24 hours when you make a wd the books ok.
