Swear to christ my knee does the same shit. Has happened to me about 5 times now. No ACL damage, ACL is tight, meniscus torn, mcl torn. No real surgery for it, just tons of rehab. Most pain I have ever endured.

First time it happened I was wasted pushing a conversion van that was stuck in the snow. Second I was playing hockey, Third I jumped from a high ledge, fourth swinging a baseball bat, fifth and last time was a month ago playing hockey. Wear a donjoy brace now and have spend thousands in rehabing it.
