BOOKMAKER = Not worth it

I just talked to Bookmaker chat:
It may take 7-10 business days for them to remove my cashout from my online screen. (Other sites do this is 5 mins).

Then, it may take 7-10 more days to deliver it.

I was under the impression it was 7-10 business days total, now you are telling me 7-10 days for them to even take the money out of my account??

FWIW, my request was 2 days ago and still sitting in my account. I don't care if it takes 20 days to deliver it, but just take it out of my account to bet with.

From their withdrawal page:
2.Check withdrawals must be requested before 12 noon EST to be processed the same day and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered. $3000 max per check, one check request per week. Fee**: $50 per check.

Why would anyone to continue using this book??

I agree it is BS. It took me 2 weeks to get a bank wire. Should be near instant.

However, they do pay and customer service is very prompt.

I know The Greek takes the money out instantly and is at my door in a day or two.

WSEX money transfers are done in a day.

Bookmaker support is nothing short of pathetic. I know I will eventually get my money, but to tell me they can PROCESS it for 7-10 business days, when it says right on the website "request before 12 noon for same day process, then 7-10 business days for delivery" is absolute BS. The person in chat is trying to say it has been their policy since day 1 that a withdrawal could take 14-20 business days, which is absolutely not the case. Once this withdrawal goes through I am closing that account for sure.

I asked for a $300 withdraw the other day from skybook (the last and final book I am playing at...and Ive dealt with them all) and I was told it would come out of my acct in a few days

just more bullshit....6 months ago the money was out of my acct and I had my ** withdraw the same day

I for one am about tired of sending deposits that get credited within 15 mins....but when I want my money it takes 2 weeks

all i know about heritage is that i tried to get a referal from flyilling to open an account through pm, and i got a sbr infraction for it. not sure what is the deal with that. maybe bad blood between sbr and heritage or flyillin.
