why didn't NC State throw the challenge flag?? They could have right? Correct me if I'm wrong. I agree - awful call. Should have been a TD. But Ref is makin a quick decision in real time. he obviously missed it. NC State had the ball, why not let the clock run down for them to review it while their guys are also reviewing it and challenge it if refs dont stop play? Am I missin something?
