it's a bet called pk'em, where if the final result is a draw you get your money back (basically you want the team to win, but also buying a little protection).

so if you take for example Arsenal from my list PK line -143 bet $200
If Arsenal wins I get back my initial investment of $200 plus $139.86
If Arsenal draws I get back just the initial bet of $200
