Always seemed to me, over the last few years anyway, that players on the Cowboys feel they have already made it because they play for the Cowboys. With exception to a few guys, they're just happy to play with a star on their field and don't have that competitive fire in them. They smile after losses, make in game blunders and never own up. I agree though that big Jerry is the problem. The players feel like, if Jerry is on their side, they are untouchable, and essentially they are. The coaches and coordinators don't hold no sway, and it shows in how the players perform for them. Again, there are exceptions, but that's how I see it.Comment -

Belichik most overrated coach ever (He's overall solid, but people putting him on a pedestal is laughable).....People always talking about how great of a drafter and defensive mastermind he is, take a look at the last 7 or 8 drafts....Some really awful high picks and a few full on disasters. Also the Pats D is finally pretty decent this year, but for the last 5 or 6 years before this season, it has been abysmal (Or in the words of Bart Scott: "Can't stop a nosebleed!").
