My reports say the same thing. Duncan, Parker and Ginobli out. That's crazy. Kenyon Martin out as well. Unfreakingbelievable if true.

He's pulling this shit because this game is a measuring stick type of game for Denver and one of their more important games in a while. Don't think he wants to give them that confidence booster by thumping them and avenging their loss at home to the Spurs earlier in the year. Still loved Denver -4' in this spot and love it even more now.

I'm taking the Spurs +13. Spurs bench may want to prove something. I expect the Nuggets to blow em out in the first half but then Spurs settle down in the 2nd half.

Exactly, dio. Nuggets only 2 games back in the standings. I hope at the end of the year, the Nuggets have a one game lead on the Spurs and get a higher seed and fvck the Spurs.

Spurs up 13-9 in the 1st. Maybe the Spurs will make a statement that our 2nd team can beat your first team

If Denver loses this game they should revoke their status as a Pro team.

why do these so called world class athletes need rest
WTF, they work for 3 hrs a day playing bball and need a day off after how many games in a row.
pathedic, lazy fvcks is all they are.
send them down here to work with me for the summer when the heat index is in the 110*s, and they have to work for 8-10 hrs a day, 5 days a week. that'll get there sorry ass in shape for the grueling NBA season

Spurs trio given night off vs. Nuggets

DENVER (AP) -- Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili all were sidelined for the San Antonio Spurs' game at Denver on Tuesday night.

Ginobili has a bruised hip, and coach Gregg Popovich said he decided to give Duncan and Parker the night off in Denver following the Spurs' 110-105 overtime win at Golden State Monday night.

"Ginobili has a left hip contusion among other bumps and bruises. For a different variety of reasons, I don't think Timmy and Tony should play tonight," Popovich said before tip-off.

The Spurs are in the midst of an eight-game road trip. They won't play at home again until facing Dallas on Feb. 24.

Denver's Kenyon Martin also missed the game with tonsillitis and strep throat. He's day to day.
