I think CK is the most limitless QB in the NFL pound for pound. We still have no idea what he can do and what he's capable of. As for his "leadership" (or lack there of in some people's minds), I highly doubt SF would've been able to make the QB switch mid-season and reached the Super Bowl if his teammates didn't believe in him.
