both sides of the ball?
nfc way better conference, manning 9-11 playoff record most losses at home, albeit fluke last year, also has quarterbacked most home playoff losses ever

Only Week 2, Hank.
Take a deep breath, and let things play out a little longer.

Everyone falls back on that but he's had some bad luck. Vanderjagt misses the fg vs the Steelers in 05...that was prob the best Colts team they had. Dungy's kid killed himself at Xmas and they weren't ready to play but PM brought them back from down 14-0. Lost to SD several times cause they couldn't stop Sproles and Rivers. Gave up 30 ppg to Brady while Eli wins 2 sbs and the Pats score 14 and 17. You saw what happened when PM left Indy...worst team in the NFL but playoff team w/him. Last year...they give up a 70 yd bomb with 30 sec left...how is that PMs fault?

Careful or you might hurt yourself making all those excuses for the guy. I'd say the interception in overtime to give Baltimore the win was his fault. So was the Pick-6 in the Super Bowl. He does have 1 ring, so he has managed to stay out of Marino-land.... but boy he sure does have a lot of 1-and-done's in the postseason.

I think a team from the bay area who is taking the field right now might disagree with you.

Much more experience team this year. The only other team that can really compete against them in the West is the Texans. This team will probably finish at 14-2.

They are firing on all cylinders right now. Extremely impressive. I've never been a big fan of John Fox but you have to give him credit. Teams don't look as good as Denver does right now without a very solid head coach.

Great in all phases of the game. No one in the AFC will touch them.

AFC is down this year. But, Denver is the best team. Not completely sold on their defense. But, that's just wanting to find some flaw, somewhere. Pats fan here.

The Broncos main weakest is the pass rush, they can not get to the QB without Von Miller. Their front however has been great so far at shutting down the run game, and the their secondary has proven that they can neutralize any passing attack in the league.

I was there, when Peyton torched the #1 D in the league the Jets in the AFCCG with 3 TD, 0 INT 377 yard passing performance. Didn't even utilize Wayne hardly at all.... as he was on "Revis Island"
Best game I've ever went to, since it was a huge playoff game. 2nd best type of win you can witness for "your team" besides being at a Super Bowl victory. Still... that 4th and 2 game vs the Patriots earlier that same season is up there too... 17 pt 4th quarter comeback!
Man... I spent some $$$ in 2009 for those games... and every penny was well spent both times

he also has some sorry ass stats comparatively to his regular season numbers so lets not be to easy on his ass...maybe this year with the hgh he on he will have what it takes not to fade down the stretch..
far as the worst team w/o him, playoff team with him you must have missed the memo where they intentionally had a terrible qb in there and a company policy that it would be best to go ahead and not win so that luck guy could come and take them to the playoffs and lose just the same..

Perfect for turnovers. Peyton had 2 turnovers vs 1 TD. Colts D won that game with 6 forced turnovers and a TD.

Even if he does get to the SB this year which right now seems pretty good early on with a weak AFC. The kicker is it will be played in NYC with crappy weather most likely and the NFC is LOADED with teams that can give Denver trouble in Jan. Not sold on Manning outdoors in Jan or that defense which is just good not great.
