P2P Payout Question

Heritage cuts you under $800......5 Dimes lets you go to $2500.......is it safe to get a p2p for $2500? thought there was a amount that doesnt set alarms off and was kinda low, thats why heritage kept it to under $800.....thoughts on p2p amount request to fly under the radar?
