You aren't gonna BELIEVE this is PINNACLE!
    Having real problems with pinnacle.

I have a large balance and want a withdrawal. I want the money to moneybookers - I have a large amount of net transfers INTO my account via moneybookers. My last two deposits were by moneybookers.

Since my last deposits I have had withdrawals via moneybookers but now they are saying I HAVE to have the money deposited by neteller back to my neteller FIRST before ANY money goes to my moneybookers. This is despite this not being the case according to the terms and conditions and help on their website.

I got the matter referred to a manager who ignored all my questions (like why can't I have what I have deposited via moneybookers back to moneybookers, and why are you not acting as per it says on the website). It took just under 24 hours to a reply, and I replied to the reply within 10 minutes. I have heard nothing back and that's 48 hours ago now.

I did mention that I would be referring the matter to SBR but it did not seem to spur them into action. I know you will be able to get this sorted guys so I can have the funds back. I don't want them to go to neteller as it is a large amount and I have been told by a couple of peers that they are in big trouble.

    TIA

Pinnacle does alot of things better than other books, customer service isn't one of them.

must be some mixup as Pinny is good as it gets. also, not sure if I'm following you completely.... but if you have to throw it back into Neteller, just xfr it into Neteller. you still get your moolah, right?

anyways, keep us updated. i'm interested to see what happens

          Ouch.

Maybe Pinny is sitting on a big Neteller liability too then.

Not a new rule. Loads of books do the same also.

For what it's worth, I did my monthly withdrawal from pinnies on Sunday, $5k took 20 minutes to get.

                Moneybookers takes longer, o/c.

Hey, wack, why not do piece-meal withdrawals into Neteller.... and then immediately pull those out of Neteller. When one clears, grab another.

If you deposited with Neteller in the past, then they may ask you to withdraw the funds through that ewallet first. It is actually very common.

A lot of people who didn't actually bother to read the thread in its entirety before posting (as usual). Moneybookers deposits AND withdrawals to sufficient amounts had taken place EITHER SIDE of the neteller deposits. There were outstanding moneybookers net deposits EITHER SIDE of the neteller deposits. It was just strange to see a reversal of policy with no reasoning why.

Whether one of the SBR team has had a word, or whether they saw this thread, I have received correspondence from the manager today having waited 7 days to hear anything. They have cancelled the neteller stuff and now I can get my money via moneybookers as I wanted.

Actually it's not Pinnacle's fault mate, it's a requirement of Neteller and Moneybookers when they signed service contract with Pinny. If you deposit $1,000 with wallet A then you must withdraw $1,000 using wallet A before using other service for the balance. This is to prevent money laundering

The best solution ; Take your money back to neteller as pinnacle suggest. Then deposit to betfair. betfair got better exchange-rate than neteller for bank-wires-withrawals.

If you win at betfair then you be able withraw your funds bank-wire. or perhaps moneybookers. (Im not sure of moneybookers)

I heard nothing wrong with neteller. I feel my money still safe there. you really sure about that?

about Pinnacle. They still 100% safe for me.

I call BS, if that's the case then it's a special deal with Pinnacle. Lots of sites don't require you to withdraw what you deposited with an ewallet back to the ewallet, instead you may request a wire transfer, check or whatever. The reason many sites have this policy is that it's less expensive to just send the funds back to the ewallet. The "money laundering" argument is simply an excuse.
