Casper- I just copy the code after the "=" sign on the you tube vid you want to use and then paste it here. Then i wrap it with the you tube emblem you see on the line of icons right above the screen where you post a reply.

Yeah you see those numbers. I dont even use the = sign, just the numbers. Once you paste it here, highlight it and then hit the little you tube icon and it should wrap it. And then hit the submit reply like usual.
