Indiana grad here.....this game is the whole season for the Hoosiers. They lose this one and basically no way they get to a bowl and that was the expectation coming in with 20 returning starters. I hope they win but I'd say you might as well just bet the OVer if you like Indy cause they're going to give up points with their shit defense. At the same time they have the scheme and passing game to score on anyone. They put up 49 on Ohio State last year with the same kids back. Actually they have QB Tre Roberson back too who was hurt last yr vs the Buckeyes. THey have a kid with an NFL arm playing over him (Sudfeld) but Roberson can come in and run around too. I say Indiana something like 38-31 and I also like Ball State/North Texas over 58. Ball State has a very nice QB Keith Wenning (over 300 in both games) and kind of a shaky defense. Its also going to be hot as hell in Denton, Texas tomorrow which is harder on the D who has to chase people around and their QB threw for 400 in their home opener.Comment -

Total down to 60.5 on Bookmaker? Do they really think BG is going to shut Indiana down? Indy put up 49 on an undefeated Ohio State last yr and has everyone back on O but the center. It might be a trap but I put a little more on the Over. IU is also playing 3-4 freshman on D so BG is going to get plenty too plus the Hoosiers run a play every 20 seconds so the D gets tired and more time for points. THe biggest threat is BG hogging the ball for long drives but Navy did that last week so I think you'll see the Hoosiers blitzing more and taking more chances.
