    McCutchen?
    Freeman?
    Goldy?

Goldy (homer pick w/ reasoning), it will help his case if he can finish the season batting above .300.

          4th in Runs
          4th in OBP
          3rd in Slugging
          3rd in OPS
T-21st in SB (Leads 1B in Stolen Bases)
          15th in AVG
2nd in HR (1 Back from Pedro Alvarez)
          1st in RBI's by 8

McCutchen probably gets it. Goldy gets docked if he doesn't hit .300 or better and the Dbacks not making the playoffs hurts his case. McCutchen has a better team around him and the voters will look at the Pirates finally having a winning record and making the playoffs.

You can make a case for Goldy in that he was the entire offense for most of the season for the Dbacks. Hill was hurt, Prado and Montero struggled for over half the season, he had little protection in the lineup evidenced by his 92 Walks this season which is up 32 walks from last season.

if he had stayed healthy it would have been Molina without a doubt.

In ways which just cant show up on a stat sheet AND for his stats--this year it should be Molina. Honorable mention to Albert for the way he helped the Cardinals by letting them spread his cash around! Class act AP.

Easily should be Goldy, but it'll be Cutch.

I think Matt Carpenter deserves some consideration.

                                  Stats: 10 HR .323 AVG 75 rbi 119 runs
