Tulsa +24.5 Could Be Good vs. Oklahoma Saturday
Oklahoma quarterback Trevor Knight is out and Blake Bell gets the start, but the bottom line is Sooners are overrated with their 14 ranking as this offense is nowhere near as potent as past years, mainly because none of the quarterbacks on the roster can pass. Tulsa is no great shakes either but the Sooners will rely almost exclusively on the running game here, which should mean many time-consuming drives. I do not see Sooners scoring more than 31 points, and even that may not be easy, so Golden Hurricane should score enough to slide under the +24.5 spot.

I watched Tulsa and they straight out suck! The Sooner defense could very well hold them to a big fat 0 points.

Tulsa might not score at all. Bowling Green shut them down. While BGSU is my pick for MAC champ, they still are not Oklahoma. Under might be the better play.

Under 49 looks really good. Neither team may score 30. Tulsa won't score more than 14. Do you see Oklahoma scoring 35?

          LT, you kill me.

You're betting against Oklahoma because their QB is out, and you are betting on Central Michigan who is without their QB and leading RB.

If Oklahoma scores 27 points they will cover.

I am not betting against Sooners because their quarterback is out, my main point is that they have no passing game regardless of who their quarterback is. As for the CMU game, UNLV should not be more than a touchdown favorite vs. a Girl's High School team.

Blake Bell may do better than Trevor Knight. Tulsa blows this year for some reason couldn't even beat Colorado St convincingly.

30-7 Oklahoma. Oklahoma gives up a back-door TD as they play prevent to end the game.

wow 2 safeties and a FG for Tulsa. You should bet that in Vegas.

No but I should've this past week in the NFL. Nice sarcasm.

He's right, ou looked awful on offense but their d was stout. Wonder what Tulsa TT is at? Any Oklahoma turnovers might be their lonly shot at seeing the endzone

L.T., I took Tulsa +24.5 this morning. It is on my thread and card. Good luck! Parity is quite evident, enough for lower teams to cover. Let's cash this!

Our offense does suck but I think this line is spot on.

Tulsa will be lucky to score 7 and OU should be able to score 31 by running the ball and forcing turnovers.

But yes, my Sooners are very overrated. This is the worst team Stoops has ever had. When we go 8-5 or 7-5 don't say we choked. We weren't that good to begin with.

                                Thank god WVU is horrible.

I don't know. I'm a Tulsa alum and a big TU homer and this year scares the shit out of me(especially after the bg game). could really be a bad year. cody green (the qb) is so hit or miss you just don't know what he's going to do. the D is totally new except for shaun alexander. FG kicker is a walk on at his 3rd school. and TU historically plays shitty against OU. toooo risky.
