Terrible hold there, some of these personal and holding fouls by the players always leaves me scratching my head. Bucs lost their game because of a personal foul. Rules aren't hard, just follow them, you'll get caught more times than not.

Prefer the drivers in Mexico if I had a choice. Where signs and laws don't matter, just common sense.
