Arizona still has OL issues. I'm not convinced they can protect Palmer against the aggressive STL pass rush. If Palmer gets rushed and continues to turn the ball over against the ball-hawking Rams secondary, Arizona is going to have a tough time. I think the line is a fair one. Both teams have question marks, but Arizona a bit moreso.
