    "free cash"
Certain props are different prices at different books.
For example, you can take under 1.5 AZ TD passes @ +140, and then at a different book take the over @-120

All you need is cash at different places and you are an automatic winner!

You would need both books to offer +odds on both sides to make it an automatic winner there numbnuts. Which your example didn't show.

You Are WRONG. He is talking about doing a scalp to guarantee profit.

            What is a Scalp?

A scalp or arbitrage is where you bet on multiple sides of an event in a way that guarantees you a profit, whithout any risk involved. You do this by finding favorable odds at different sportsbooks, and wagering on each side of the event.

Once you know how, a 2-way scalp is easy to spot using moneyline odds: A scalp is available if the plus number is larger than the minus number. e.g. Lakers +120 and Bulls -110.

            Bet 1: $91.67 @ +140Bet 2: $120.00 @ -120 Total Investment: $211.67 Total Return:$220.00 Total Profit:$8.33 ROI:3.94%

play the over risking 1300 for 1080(apx)

Big Joe is this something that rarely occurs or does in fact happen somewhat often because I would think it doesn't and thats why your poitning it out just curious.

on SB day it is very common, cause so many props

other days it does happen with "other" events, such as boxing and tennis

if you shop, you will find

only play at respectable books though, cause they can claim "bad line" if you bet heavy!
