Any book that takes american clients for online betting is not safe...even if it is a reputable book like bookmaker/5dimes. Sure they will always pay you but you never know when uncle sam will get them. I bet $250 per unit and my highest bets are 10 units, but i never keep more than 10k in 5 dimes or bookmaker even though my bankroll is over 100k. I have majority of my bankroll on pinnacle though.
