I believe he has a real good read on what he is doing but has altered his approach for the forums. Case in point some of his season long threads. I like the new approach of posting specifically one event at a time in players talk, it appears to be paying off. The information is first rate, the discussion first rate, a good job in all regard.

Not a big fan of the word sharp and its interpretation on these forums but LT knows his business.
