I'm going to send $300-$500 today to a book with **. I got the receiver info and got the send money paper at the store. Where it says expected payout location it says city and state. Am I supposed to leave this blank or do i put the city and country the book gave me? I already wrote the country above where it says sending money to international. Also in the sender information section should I use a fake name or my own. I think someone on here said never use your real name. If I use a fake name do I put a fake phone number, address, city, etc or can I leave it blank?

It's basically a way to keep players from getting too much out of the book's account, if, you had a recent payout it won't do the book any good to give out a freeplay or a bonus, what happens if you win with that?
