All I eat is cereal, nutrigrain bars, and oatmeal. I take 1000mg of Hoodia, fiber pills, and my daily vitamins.
Every day (almost, Ive missed 2 workouts) I spend 40 minutes or on on the tredmil, an hour on the bike, and various weight lifting machines. I do a lot of the crunching machines to get rid of the belly fat.
I have cheated once or twice on the diet, but nothing major. All I drink is water, milk, or grapefruit juice

ab machines don't remove belly fat.
also, you're doing an excess of exercise. However, I commend your effort. People start fast and burn out quick. Take a slow, measured approach. The effort you have exhibited shows strong desire. This is the first component necessary for change.
Slow it down a little bit.

nice work IWIN...do what works for you
one thing though, Milf is right...there is no such thing as "spot reduction" of fat, just because you are exercising your abs/stomach area doesn't mean more fat is burned from that specific region. Your body burns fat regardless of the exercise or muscles being work in a an even distribution. You may have areas that hold onto fat longer though.... but you just have to keep burning more then you take in
