NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE HELP 1st timer

I am new to this online thing ive been goin through a bookie for awhile now and im sick of it so im gonna try the online thing and i was wondering is there any risk betting online. i have chose a good book and i am wondering how do any of you guys cash your check do you go through a bank or a check cashing place and do the banks frown at this. I just don't want to get in trouble with law so im wondering how some of you guys do it. THANK YOU!!
