SBR Lines Can't Handle Big Cards
Usually on Saturdays or whenever there are a lot of games on the card, this page slows down my whole system and is just an absolute pain in the ass...I love it as a tool, but if it isn't going to work, shouldn't it be worked on?

Am I the only one w/ this problem?

This is the second Saturday in a row that SBR Odds has worked perfect for me, in the past it was slow but running great now on Firefox.

Used to work fine on big cards for me but not anymore...pretty much locks up the computer so I ended up giving into SI.

You're not alone, SLP, this has been acknowledged before and nothing is done. Sports Insights doesn't have this problem, I've got a membership with them now.

It is very slow for me in IE as well when you have a bazillion college hoops games. But on FF, it works fine and as fast as the computer I have at home which is about to be replaced. I'm sure the techs have seen this thread, but if not I'll make sure they get the message.

the way i get around it is just to find the games i want to watch and check mark them, and cut the others from the page...but i wish i didn't have to.

How much do they bag you for at the "other" places?

                      Thanks Willy

SBR Odds is one of most important products for the company

I definately recommend Google Chrome or Firefox for SBR Odds

It worked much smoother on IE 8 when I tried it few days ago.

Hello guys, the issue that you experienced is created due to the way that Internet Explorer works. It is well known that IE is not as ''smart'' as other browsers like Chrome or Fire Fox, when it comes to interpret certain languages. When the IE tries to interpret the web's language it consumes a lot of your computer's resources, making it slow and an unpleasant experience.

I am not saying that you should not use IE, but if you are going to use it to navigate, take into consideration that the Internet explorer might consume most of the resources even if you are on a high speed connection and have a Dual Chord or better, this is not limited to SBR Odds, this happens to me all the time with other sites, that's just the way Internet Explorer works.

Sometimes it takes me like 2 minutes to log intomy bank account when I get online, but on Chrome it takes me a few seconds!

And this is the reason why many of us have decided to use other browsers, I myself have been using Fire Fox for the past 6 years, to avoid this problems, it interpret the information faster.
